Notre chef instructeur Phil LEE a piloté les ULMs pendulaires depuis 1980, avec plus de 9700h de vol. Né en 1953 en Angleterre, il est instructeur depuis 1990. Phil est inspecteur ULM dans le système Britannique et pilote d'essai ULM ainsi que revendeur P&M Aviation région France nord-ouest. Phil peut former les élèves Français, Britanniques ou Irlandais dans le système Français ou Britannique selon les envies des clients. Il est aussi disponible pour les pilotes d'ULMs multi-axes ou avions ayant envie de faire un stage de conversion vers l'ULM pendulaire. Phil a volé en ULM pendulaire 34 fois entre l'Angleterre et la France entre les années 1989 et 2000, et il est basé toute l'année à l'aérodrome de La Baule. Il a volé les ULMs en Suède et en Chypre. Phil a concourru dans les années 1990, 1991 et 1992 dans le rallye de Grand-Bretagne ULM, en 1990 en 6ème place et en 1991 en 10ème place - parmi 65 conccourents.
